Payments are done via PayPal, or e-Transfer if you live in Canada. (Please let me know in the email if you are in Canada.)

Prices are in USD.

I will be asking for the full payment upfront, I’ll only start painting the initial sketch once it's paid in full.

You may request to pay me in two parts (50% down payment, 50% to get started with the art), please contact me first so we can discuss it!

Finishing the image can take anywhere from 3 weeks to 3 months AFTER PAYMENT depending on the complexity of the image and the number of commissions in line.

Please don’t ask me every day how the commission comes along. I assure you, I’ll keep you updated as soon as I am able, life can get busy sometimes.

If need an early deadline for commission pay extra for priority.

I will keep you updated through several stages (sketch, line art, grayscale, etc.) and each time you will have the opportunity to change details to your liking.

I won’t correct finished commissions.

You can cancel/change your commission request if I haven’t started it yet.

If I cancel your commission request, I give you a full refund.

My queue can be found on my waitlist and I’ll tell you when I'm able to start your commission.

Please note that some of the clients pay priority fee if they have an earlier deadline. When they do, their queue number goes up.

After I finish your commission, you will receive a full resolution image of your order (if it’s with a simple bg you can request a transparent PNG for free). I use a low resolution copy when I upload it anywhere.

If you can, provide me with a Tumblr or Instagram handle so I can tag you when I upload the finished art! You can send me both, or none, if you don’t wish to be tagged.

I own the artwork and I have the right to post it, use it in my portfolio, record it’s process as a speedpaint and share it, etc. I will NOT sell the artwork as merchandise.

You may use my artwork for a commercial fee as long as you agree to pay the flat fee license of 200 USD to my art.

You are free to use the artwork you ordered for PERSONAL USE ONLY (as icon, wallpaper, print it to put it on YOUR wall or a t-shirt, dnd campaign)

You may repost the artwork as long as I am credited as the artist!

Licensing Art means – you retain all copyrights © to an image, and license, or “rent”, the art to someone for either a one-time use, such as in a magazine or advertising campaign, or for a longer term use to print on products, such as a t-shirt line or pottery, greeting cards, etc.
